This includes both visible content and underlying elements such as structure, styling, and system logic.

for its intended purpose.
No rights are transferred to you unless Alphastate explicitly grants permission in writing.

4. FiveM & Community Content

Scripts, assets, configs, UI elements, and other materials developed for Alphastate are protected under
applicable copyright law.
Unauthorized use, copying, redistribution, or sale including “re-skinning” or minor modifications to
appear original is prohibited.

5. User submissions & community material

If users submit text, images, or other content (e.g., applications or feedback), Alphastate may store and
process this content for moderation, support, and service improvement.
Users remain responsible for their submissions and must ensure they have the rights to share the content.

6. Third-party content

Some assets or frameworks may be used under third-party licenses.
Such materials remain the property of their respective owners, and their license terms apply where relevant.
